PANASONIC HOME APPLIANCES VIETNAM CO., LTD is a 100% foreign owned enterprise locating at Thang Long Industrial Park, which specializes in manufacturing home appliances. In line with the production extension, we are looking for candidates to fill the following positions:

Mô Tả Công Việc
1. JOB OVERVIEW:
- Be a key person responsible for company accounting system and operations to BOD, Headquarter, Audit consulting partner as well as the local authorities.
- Overall management of accounting man power and apply proper checking, authorizing and recording for all accounting transactions.
2. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Manage and organize the accounting department with proper payments and receipts processes
- Design, maintain and develop the company’s accounting procedures & processes.
- Review the financial statements and other monthly reports such as: material report, tax report, costing report, inventory report, etc.
- Prepare corporate reports for BOD and Group (actual vs. budget, cost and expense analysis)
- Manage cash flow and foreign exchange transactions
- Prepare Global report to Headquarter on due time following Japanese accounting system.
- Prepare/review quarterly Indirect Cost analysis, sales analysis, departmental indirect expense report
- Prepare Budget and yearly reconciliation for Equity bridge on a yearly basis
- Review of monthly tax reports and annual tax finalization reports
- Liaise with external auditor for annual audit arrangements
- Assist other members or directly involve in working with local tax authority
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting
- Chief accountant certificate is a must, ACCA, CPA is a plus.
- Working experiences in FDI manufacturing environment is a must.
- At least 10 year experience in Finance or Accounting field with at least 5 year management role at a similar position.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Internet.
- Good command of English; ability to make report and present properly in English.
- Be a good organizational and exact executer.
- Strategic thinking and forecasting skills.
