1. Manage maintain and develop all the accounting procedures & processes in company .
2. Preparation for all finance reports for top management and authorities
3. Review Financial statements, suggest internal finance control for top management.
4. Deal with tax office; manage the tax issues, advise the top management for the best solution in compliance with Viet Nam law.
5. Co-operation with other heads of departments to ensure effective saving cost: Managing in budgeting set-up, cost analizing to make sure expenses are within approved budget level.
6. Liasion with external auditors for annual finance report, with parent company auditors for consolidated accounts.
7. Daily report to GM. For special transactions - report directy to Group finance Director.
8. Other works assigned by top management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor degree in accounting/finance
- Certificate of Chief Accountant; ACCA/CPA is a plus
- At least 5 years experience working in the same position for manufacturing companies
- Knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards;
- Good command of English;
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to work flexible, willing to travel
