1. Ensure existence of a strong accounting department that meet all company’s requirements on financial reporting and management reporting (including managing the department’s policies and guideline, building team’s structure, provide coaching, assessment to team members and hold team member accountable for the expected work result)
2. Directly responsible for setting up and maintenance of a strong and effective Accounting software/ERP System that meet the requirements of management and expansion of the business;
3. Responsible for develop and implement a transparent accounting policies and effective control procedures;
4. Responsible for the accuracy and adequacy of financial reports and all accounting reports/documents according to the company’s requirements and shareholders requirements;
5. Responsible for ensuring the high compliance of legal and tax reports; Ensure the effectiveness of all tax planning matters;
6. Develop and maintain an effective management report system that can hold the management team being accountable for meeting the company’s monthly KPIs and annual targets;
7. Responsible for leading, preparing and controlling the company’s long term and short term financial plan and budgets that are approved by BoD;
8. Responsible for ensuring effective financial control measures are complied within the company;
9. Responsible for leading specific projects in managing effective working capital structure for the company;
10. Responsible for other adhoc financial management matters that is important to ensure the company meeting its short term targets and long term vision;

JOB REQUIREMENT:
General requirements
- At least 5 years of experience, in which 2 years experience in Chief Accountant or equivalent position
- CPA, ACCA, CFA, Chief Accountant certificate is an advantage
- Experience in manufacturing enterprises is an advantage
Good leadership characteristic:
- Has a personal career commitment that fit with the company’s long term vision;
- Having big picture view, always result oriented;
- Having advanced communication skills;
- Strong skills in holding and motivating others accountable for the work result;
- Consistently be in action rather than stuck in considerations;
- Creative and dynamic;
- Have good sense of being cause in the matter, highly responsible in any circumstances
