Mô Tả Công Việc
• Lead investment banking projects such as mergers & acquisitions, IPO process, private placements, restructuring, privatisations and equity capital market.
• Assign tasks to team members and supervise them.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure optimal service to customers.
• Other tasks assigned by Head of Corporate Finance.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• A degree preferably in finance, banking, accounting, economics or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in investment banking, banking (as relationship manager and/or credit manager) or related areas such as auditing or asset management, with ability to analyse, assess and understand financial data.
• Previous management and leadership experience.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, effective organization skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• ACCA/CFA is an advantage.
• Highly motivated and able to deliver high quality work within tight deadlines.
• Good computer skills.
