• Work on investment banking activities, including mergers & acquisitions, IPO process, private placements, restructuring, privatisations and equity capital markets, reporting to a Corporate Finance manager .
• Coordinate with both internal teams and clients.
• Deal with clients and maintain client relationships.
• Other tasks assigned by Head of Corporate Finance.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Finance/banking/accounting/auditing background.
• ACCA/CFA is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in investment banking, banking (as relationship manager and/or credit manager) or related areas such as auditing or asset management, with ability to analyse, assess and understand financial data.
• Highly motivated with a view to taking up team leader’s responsibilities.
• Ability to deliver high quality work within tight deadlines and highly independent.
• Good computer skills.
• High level of English proficiency.
