1. hoàn thành xong 14 môn thi theo quy định của ACCA.
2. đã có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại những vị trí liên quan đến chuyên ngành kế toán, kiểm toán và tài chính. Thông tin này cần được điền trong phần PER online.
3. đã đạt được 13 objectives theo yêu cầu của ACCA và được xác nhận bởi một workplace mentor. Thông tin này cần được điền đầy đủ trong phần TDM online.
4. hoàn thành xong bài kiểm tra đạo đức nghề nghiệp Professonal Ethics Module (điều kiện bắt buộc với các sinh viên ACCA đăng ký học sau ngày 1 tháng 1 năm 2007)
5. điền vào đơn đăng ký làm hội viên. Mục này có thể thực hiện bằng 2 cách: (a) đăng ký online thông qua tài khoản của sinh viên; (b) đăng ký bằng form như có đính kèm ở phần của accavietnam.
Hồ sơ đăng ký làm thành viên có thể gửi đến văn phòng ACCA Hanoi hoặc ACCA HCMC hoặc gửi thẳng sang ACCA Anh Quốc:
